Our founder Justine Rota, a Johnson and Wales graduate, has always enjoyed the art of pastry. Pastry is a huge part in many of life’s greatest celebrations. It is a great joy to be welcomed into people’s lives and to make memories a little sweeter. Growing up, Justine was always encouraged to follow her dreams. As the leader of a woman-owned small business, she aspires to provide the same encouragement to other women and youth in the community.

When it comes to food, our standards should be high. We set ourselves apart by using as many organic ingredients as possible—from the eggs and dairy to the seasonal fruit and berries, you can count on getting the best from Sweet Standards. Being mindful of our sustainability initiatives, we strive to source quality ingredients from local suppliers and businesses to help lower our carbon footprint as well as package our bakes in compostable and recyclable materials.
